The paintings I made prior to 2015 are oil on birch or oil on canvas. The work is an exploration of abstraction, subject matter, and developing a style. I took most of this work off my website in 2015 as a protest to requests for more art that was sarcastic prints. I hate the sarcastic prints. I wish I had never made them and I’m not putting those up anytime soon. People need to be kind and loving and those prints just fueled the hate in the world. These paintings were meant to be about Living Here on Earth. There are landscapes, still lifes, prisms, and color fields. I hope you enjoy!
